- A gift voucher to be used for a Sportstest of the recipients choice.
- Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, or chosen date (for example, the recipients birthday, or Christmas day).
- An information package fully explaining the content of the Sportstest.
- All pre-test documentation, including a map/directions; pre-test instructions and preparation information; and all other relevant documentation.
